Can we bring outside food and drinks?
Yes, the package reference allows outside food and drinks, including alcohol. A mini fridge, serving trays and utensils are provided.
Will we need to clean up?
No. A cleaning fee is part of the package, so the team handles the cleanup.
Can we bring balloons?
Yes. We recommend inflating them before arrival, or choosing The Works.
Can we bring our own theme?
Yes. Bring your own decorations and coordinate the setup with the team.
Can we store supplies?
Sometimes, for 1–2 days before the party, space permitting. Ask the team first.
Which decorations are allowed?
Removable décor is welcome. Avoid glitter, permanent marks and latex balloons.
